XAC Automation Corporation (Taiwan OTC Securities Exchange: 5490)

XAC Automation Corp (Taiwan OTC 5490) was founded in 1993 and is a leading R&D/Manufacturing company in the payment industry.  XAC is not only ISO Certified (including ISO9001, ISO14001, QC080000, ISO27001) but also focused on delivering secure reliable commerce enabling solutions—payment+--which includes payment devices (including key component modules), software (payment applications), and the systems to manage the devices to our partners for over 30 years.
 

Today, XAC's technology and ecommerce cloud solutions can be found in millions of devices including cloudPOS and mPOS devices, desktop and mobile POS terminals, PIN pads and multilane peripherals, outdoor payment terminals, NFC readers, gaming machines, cashless ATMs, kiosks, and countless other commerce solutions.

  • Established as XAC Technology.
1997
  • Renamed as XAC Automation Corporation.
1998
  • Corporate Headquarters located in Hsinchu Science Based Industrial Park
 
  • ISO 9001 certified.
1999
  • The 1st company in Taiwan who got the Microsoft’s certification for ICC reader and writer in 1999. 
2001
  • Publicly traded in Taiwan OTC under 5490.
2004
  • China Suzhou factory was ready for production.
 
  • USA subsidiary (Zakus, Inc) set up in 2004 as USA’s RD design center.
2008
  • IECQ QC080000 Certified.
2011
  • ISO 14001 certified.
2015
  • Selected for Taiwan OTC 50 Index.
 
  • ISO 27001(ISMS-Information security management system) certified.
2018
  • Successfully entered the Middle East and Africa market and cooperated with the largest local acquiring bank.
2019
  • Ranked as 4th among computer terminals  "Top 500 Large Enterprises in Taiwan" published by China Credit Information Bureau.
 
  • Launched Cloud-based Commerce Enabling Platform and cloud DMS systems.
2020
  • Reset up Taiwan Factory to provide other production site alternative for customer under China/USA war trade situation since.
2022
  • Received PCI P2PE 3.0/PCI PIN 3.1 certified RKI Solution and started to provide Remote Key Injection Solution for multiple client's.
