    We provide complete labor, health, pension, and group insurance in full compliance with local regulations. Employees may also enroll family members in the group plan at their own expense for added peace of mind.

    Enjoy a five-day work week plus a wide range of leave options, including paternity check-up leave, paternity leave, family care leave, menstrual leave, and prenatal check leave—along with vacation days exceeding legal requirements. Flexible working hours allow a 1.5-hour window, and future initiatives will expand flexible work arrangements to support work–life balance.
