XAC Announces PCI6 Certification of its new C150SE NFC Reader

Hsinchu, Taiwan ROC (April 18th, 2022). XAC Automation Corporation (5490 Taiwan OTC), a leading R&D/Manufacturing company focused on delivering commerce solutions to the payment industry announced the launch of its new C150SE PCI PTS 6.x certified NFC reader.
 
C150SE leverages XAC’s payment device development and manufacturing experience with Unattended Payment Terminals (UPT) and devices. The C150SE continues to support the major payment schemes including PayWave (Visa), PayPass (Mastercard), Discover DPAS, AMEX Express Pay, China’s UnionPay QuickPass, Japan’s Jspeedy (JCB), Canada’s Interac Flash, Felica based schemes and the option of adding other countries local schemes as needed based on different project requirements. In addition, with PCI6.x certification the C150SE adheres to the latest PCI regulatory requirements thru 2030 providing customers with the latest security.
 
The C150SE is designed to meet IP65, IK10 and weatherproof UV Rated Plastic standard which allows it to operate under different outdoor environments, is available as a USB2.0 Full Speed or RS232 data connection, and continues to offer either portrait or landscape orientation to facilitate the design into vending machines, parking meters, gas pumps, kiosks, and other outdoor or indoor use-cases for contactless payments.
