Through this collaboration, XAC's local African business partner provided specialized training in the repair and maintenance of XAC Point of Sale (POS) devices. XAC, in turn, issued official certification letters to the interns who successfully completed the program, validating their newly acquired skills. These certifications have helped many interns secure employment, reflecting the success of the program and XAC's ongoing contribution to skill development in local communities.
The YES4Youth Programme is a South African initiative aimed at addressing the country's youth unemployment crisis by offering skill development, workplace experience, and job creation opportunities. The program helps increase access to high-quality education, training, and relevant work experience for South African youth, enabling them to participate more effectively in the economy and society.
