The initiative aims to empower the client’s regional subsidiaries across Africa with enhanced repair and maintenance capabilities, ultimately improving local after-sales service quality.
For many African countries, the geographic distance from Asian manufacturing centers often results in lengthy product return cycles, high transportation costs, and extended service-level agreements (SLAs). To address these pain points, XAC’s technical team delivered comprehensive hands-on training that covered diagnostics, troubleshooting, parts replacement, and repair best practices for XAC payment terminals.
